Drogueria del Oeste

Hi, I'm a new user of this newsgroup. I don't know if this is the right
group to ask for my problem. We have a server with Windows 2000 installed as
a server operating system. The disk (34 Gb SCSI disk) is almost full. Last
night we ran the ntbackup in order to backup the "delicated" data and the
server collapsed, this process almost ran out the disk space. I mean that
working with administrator privilegies, something doesn't let me delete any
file, as it was blocked or open by another aplication/user. I don't know
what to do in order to solve the proble, delete the most of the useless
files and gain enough space to continue working. The company is a Drug
seller, here in Venezuela we sell drugs and medicines to the drugstores and
pharmacies. We can't bill because this problem untill we solve the problem.
Thanks in advance if someone can help me, and if no one can help me too.
