Win2000 partition resizing experiences???

have the Win2K on my last (K) partition, it boots from the first WInME (C)
partition. When I use Partition Magic to resize the K partition I can only
boot once. Next time I get a message about not finding boot device after the
Win2k logo is gone. Obviously then it starts booting from C but when going
to K something happens. Do I have to reinstall Win2k on the K partition
after resizing it? SP4 by the way seems to be not a miracle, installation
stops with error message about only partially installed, worked OK on my
laptop though. (I have tried resizing my Win2k partition both for and after
SP4, same result). Any resizing experiences
 
win ME?!?! well, first, that OS is pathetic and doesn't support upgrades to
2000 since it came out afterwards. I would scrap that mess and start clean.
