maximum drive size on 2000 Pro with SP4

Just got a new 750 gig drive and my copy of Win2K SP4 just won't see over 137mb.
Had no trouble with it seeing my previous 250 gig drive.
Is there a maximum size limit?

Went ahead and installed XP with no probs and it saw the full capacity of the drive.
Was kinda wanting to install 2000 on the first partition, then XP on the 2nd for dual
boot.
