Greetings all,

I have a client getting a BSOD on Win2000 Prof. SP4 -

Stop: 0x0000000A (00000063, 0000001c, 00000000, parameter4)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Microsoft describes a Hotfix for this issue -
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=837384

Does anyone have this hotfix and can send it to me?
(MS support is slow and terrible.)

If you go to www.windowsupdate.com, you can either select the update to
install, or you can go to the windows update catalog(there is a link at the
top of the page).

Not with hotfixes. As the article states you must contact MS for this fix.
They will not charge you. Just tell the customer support people your looking
for the hotfix and the article number and they'll send it to you. Last time
I got a hotfix the customer support people gave it out and I didn't even
have to talk to an engineer.
