win xp with network

I have recently installed windows xp on my computer that
connects to the internet thru a network, however i am
unable to register it online because it tells me that a
connection could not be established. Is there any way to
solve this problem and successfully rejister it online?

try again and when it says unable to connect click the phone option. then
when to large # is displayed call the provided toll free # and go through
the process. takes about 10 minutes.
