WIN XP PRO & ATI RADEON 9700 SYSDATA.XML ERRORS

I,m having to reboot system almost daily because of this
SYSDATA.XML Error related to my video card. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled drivers multiple times to no
avail. I have uninstalled & reinstalled in SAFEMODE as
well, no luck. This is a known issue with the 64mb ATI
Card, but no mention on the 128mb card which I have.
Anyone that has been successful in eliminating this
problem, Please Reply.

FYI:
I have updated ASUS P4G8X Bios and used the Latest
Drivers from ATI and some drivers sets in between, as
well as the original drivers that came with the card.
