Win XP - Packet Send Size diaplay trillion bytes

When I clisk on the Local Area Connection action on
desktop, You can see no General Tab "Activity" section
that the Packet Sent Size diaplay trillion of bytes that
sent.
1. Is this an error? if yes, What will I do to correct
this,

Trillion, as in 1 with 12 zeros ?

That doesn't sound right, unless the system has been up for a few years.

Is this connection to the local lan, or for connecting to the internet.

I have the same problem, I noticed this recently also...
maybe its some kind of bug or virus... I have a virus
scanner, so I'm stumped.
 
I have the same problem, my computer in on a LAN that
shares internet access with several machines.
