Win XP Login screen

Upon trying to set up a home based network, the standard login screen with
multiple user login icon was replaced with a rectangle message box type
login. I would like to get the icon based login screen. How is that done?

you must have sp2 rc2 installed and that's the new look.

Uh, no, its not. SP2 still uses the Welcome Screen, unless the computer is joined to a domain, then the Welcome Screen is disabled.
