win-xp error code 10 for geforce 4 video card

will not finish install of drivers
says can not be fixed with xp trouble-
shooter contact the manufacturer

What card is this replacing? If onboard, did you disable the onboard in the
BIOS? If you had a previous AGP card, did you uninstall it before
installing the new card? Does the motherboard support the 8x speed?
