Hi,
i want to add a user to an Encrypted folder under WIN XP
PRO SP1. Till now i keep seeing the msg: "Adding users to
encrypted folder is not allowed".
Note: I am the user that encrypted the folder plus the
administrator.

Is there any way doing so from the folders properties?

If no, is there any other way of giving a user, other than
the one encrypted the folder in the first place, full
permissions to that encrypted folder?

Thanks.

Hi

EFS do not support adding users at the folder level, only the file level.

See "EFS File Sharing" here:
