WIN NT 4.0 Users to WIN 2003 Server

I have just installed a new Win 2003 server with A/D. I have created a new
Domain for it to live in. I would like to Import my old accounts from the NT
4.0 Domain without changing the OS. Does anyone know how I can EXPORT from NT
4 and them IMPORT ot the 2003 environment?

I believe I used the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) to do this from
NT4 to a 2000 Domain.
