Series, you can encode tracks into .mp3 files by obtaining an MP3 encoder
pack from the MP3 Creation Plug-ins page.

ver10 should rip to mp3 ver9 needed the encoder
they charge for the encoder packs.
i definitely have v10 but i get the message i entered above. i tried
reinstalling but it's no use. it cannot find the encoder.
