Win + L does not lock my computer; what is wrong?

Hi newsgroup

I have a strange problem. It seems that the Win + L combination does not
lock my computer anymore. Just nothing happens. If I lock my computer instead
by ctrl-alt-del it works.

According to other sources Win + L can either mean "lock the computer" as
well as launch a utility to enhance visibility. I've been using this tool
recently just to see what it is. How can I configure Windows XP to interpret
Win + L as a command to lock the computer?

Any input is highly appreciated.

Kind regards
Gabriel

From Help topic "Windows Keyboard Shortcuts Overview:

a.. You must associate a password with your user account to secure it
from unauthorized access. If you do not have a password associated with
your user account, pressing Windows+L will not prevent other users from
accessing your account information.

If you've made any changes in the Accessibility Wizard you probably have
to run the wizard again and undo them.
