Win 7 - Outlook Reminders Not Working

Delia

I tried running "outlook.exe /resetfolders /cleanreminders" but nothing
changed. Since installing Windows 7, Outlook reminders are not working. Any
suggestions?

A new mail profile may help. Have you tried one?

Hi Brian,

OK I created a new Outlook profile, but the reminders are still not working...

Since you said you didn't know how and you don't describe what you did, I have
no way to verify that you actually created a new profile. I posted as link to
instructions in a post of a few minutes ago.

I created another profile with the help of my internet provider (tech
support). We tested the profile. It works. I still cannot see old reminders
nor can I create a new appointment with a reminder.

Your mail service provider may or may not understand what a mail profile is.
Again, either describe EXACTLY what you did or follow the instructions in the
link I posted.

What type of email account do you have an where are you creating the
reminder? What exactly happens when you try - can you not enable a reminder
or do you get a message that they will not work in the folder?
