WIN 2K Won't Restart

When restarting the system, it goes through the motions
until it gets to the blue screen and hangs. Only way to
turn off is unplug the system. Stumped...
 
I Installed the Window 2000...dual boot on drive
D..converted drive d as ntfs..then i installed service
pack 4..after installing the service pack 4..system
restarted...but now the Login menu is coming..and the
system is getting stuck up..my keyboard doesnt works..it
just shows the blank blue screen..i waited for a while
aswell but still it doesnt loads..i've installed active
directory aswell..by running dcpromo earlier..what could
be the problem let me know..i also tried restarting it in
safe mode..last know good configuration and directory
service restore mode..all gives the same blank blue
screen..what should i do now to let it get running..plz
let me know as soon as possible..waiting for ur
