win 2k backup utility problem

I have tried to set up a scheduled backup a number of
times now. I always get the same error in the log, "no
unused media available." I can run it manually, but it
won't work scheduled. I have done some research on this
and I have heard that there is a patch for this problem.
Does anyone know where I can get it, or what it is
called? or is there another fix for this problem?
