Win 2000 sudden restart

One of our computers is running on a newly installed Win 2000 Professional
platform. The computer is turned on every weekday morning. Everyday at 45
minutes after start-up, the computer will suddenly shut down and restart on
its own - whether applications are running or not. It does this only once a
day. There are no viruses or worms in the system. Any ideas?
 
Thanks for the suggestion, but there are no tasks scheduled in the Scheduled
Tasks. Any other ideas?
 
If it's exactly 45 minutes, I would look for possible timers. What is
running in the background? Any indication in the event log?
