Win 2000 Server Incremental backup

Good morning. I have a Win2000 Server SP4 as a file server with A DLT as a
backup device.
I am trying to create a scheduled incremental back up.
I use the following command:

C:\WINNT\system32\NTBACKUP.EXE backup "@C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator.AMY\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows
NT\NTBackup\data\incremental.bks" /n "inc" /d "inc" /v:no /r:no /rs:no /hc:blush:n
/m incremental /j "incremental.job" /l:f /a

but i get an error message:
Backup Status
The operation was not performed because no storage media was specified.

Any help is more than welcome. Thanks in advance!!
