Had a windows 2000 crash. I ended up having to reinstall
Win 2000 Professional 3 times. Now on boot up the system
shows 4 windows 2000 opperating systems to choose from
before continuing the boot process. How do I get rid of 3
of those o/s choices so that the machine boots as it
should?

Go to Start > Setting > Control Panel > System > Advanced>
Start up and recovery. Choose the option that you want
and remove the check mark from display list.

Edit boot.ini and remove the unwanted entries. Boot.ini is a hidden,
system, readonly text file in C:\.
