Win 2000 Pro set

My laptop was respaired by an Authorized Toshiba center.
I had 2000 on there before and they reinsattled 2000.
Durring set up, I entered a key code from a brand new CD
and it will not accept it.
Any ideas??

Call them - you'll likely need the one from the CD they used.
