win 2000 install txtsetup.oem file not found

when installing win2k on my newly built system, i press F6
to install the drivers for my sata disk(whilst the
drivers are in the floppy drive (A:/)). i then press 's'
and then an error msg appears 'txtsetup.oem file not
found'.
Please help, this worrying as im only a novice.
