Win 200 restarts unexpectedly

Just a few days ago, my OS is restarting for no reason.

No sasser or blaster, no hardware conflicts, virus scan is showing nothing,
no spyware.

I am running 2000 professional with SP4. Anyone have any ideas?
 
do you have lexmark printer drivers running in real mode? ie are the drivers
version 2 or version 3?
