Will Outlook 2000 work with Exchange 2003

We are currently running Outlook 2000 clients on all
workstations, and an Exchange 5.5 back-end.

We are going to be migrating to Exchange 2003.

Will Outlook 2000 connect correctly to Exchange 2003
mailboxes? We would prefer to handle the Outlook upgrade
seperately from the Exchange upgrade to minimize the
impact on the users.
