Will my Hardware Run Vista

Hi i have read the hardware requirements but i dont seem to understand
clearly well i have an Intel Pentium 4 3.0 ghz supporting HT(hyperthrading)
and Intel D8915gav monther board 512mb Ram and intel bultin graphics card
wanted to ask will my pc run vista or not it doesnt matter if it runs or nott
coz iam buying a dual core PC to be sure that it will run can any one tell me
which is the best dual core processor from intel and best graphics card for
running vista Please tell me detailed specification and give me the link if
u have one to the product details.

And don't forget to add a DVD drive, if you currently have none.

The Vista Upgrade Advisor will examine your system and give you a
straight answer (compatible,not compatible) for each of your hard ware
devices.

if it says "not compatible", it means either that that Vista cannot
use your hardware at all, or it needs an updated driver for the device
it turns the thumb down on.

I don't think the 915 built in graphics have wddm drivers so Aero Glass
won't work. I had Vista Beta a similar system. It worked great, except for
Aero, after I added another 512 MB ram.
