Will Media center Remote works with Vista Premium

Hai
I have Windows Media Center 2005 Edition with remote control and receiver. I
am planning to upgrade my OS to Windows Vista Premium. Will my remote works
with Vista will all the same functions.

Depends on what you mean. I assume you're talking about Remote Desktop (RD)?
If you are, then, yes and no: you can use Home Premium to RD to other
machines that are capable of being RD hosts but you cannot remote desktop
into the Home Premium seat as it cannot act as a RD host.
