Will mde created in Access 2000 run under A2K3

My company is slowly upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003. I have some
200 users who are running an Access 2000 mde based application. Until
everyone is upgraded to Office 2003, I need to keep the application running
on the users PCs under both Office 2000 and Office 2003.

I'd appreciate any advice, caveats, suggestions, etc.

An .mde made with an earlier version of ACCESS should run under a newer
version of ACCESS. But not the other way around.
