will a v9980 ultra video card work on a a8v MB ????????

hi there


i just spotted it in the specs, the a8v says 1.5 v only for
the vid card. I have an ASUS v9980 ultra vid card (nice ) will it
work ? i cant find the voltage specs for my card anywhere so i
haven't a clue?

Your 9980 appears to have both 1.5V and 3.3V slots. It's a universal card,
and will work fine in an A8V.

(The card pictured in the latest downloadable version of the manual, 1878,
is a universal card.)
