wildcard to arrange data

Hi all,
Here I got one file which I have to process, but this file is not aligned
good. It is like below:

Includes (i)
3,490,411
shares that
the group
has the
right to
acquire
under
outstanding
stock
options that
are
currently
exercisable
or that
*********************
This not good to read. I guess it can be solved with "Wildcard". Can
anybody tell me that wildcard to set this data as a paragraph.
