Wiindow Installer wants to instal

I have Windows XP - and the past few days every now and again - I get the
Windows installer window popping up and w anting me to instal Windows, s ame
with Microsoft Outlook.

I'm not having trouble with either, but I dont know why the windows are
popping up and asking me to downlaod them.

Computer seems to be working fine.

I find that happens when a program has been modified or lost file. Maybe a
virus is deleting important files or it can't read them?
