Widescreen - it has black borders!!

Hi,

I have been trying to make my Photo Story 3 DVDs for widescreen, and have
successfully used Papa John's suggested dimensions...however, there is always
a black border on the top and bottom of the screen when the final production
is viewed.

This normally doesn't happen in widescreen, and I am wondering if any one
knows any tips to get rid of these? There are side borders too, but these
are to be expected.

Any ideas would be great!!

Do you have a Wide Screen Monitor? that supports 16:9 display? That may
remove the bars.
