wiaacmgr.exe switches??

Does anyone know of the command line switches for Windows Picture
Acquisition Wizard (wiaacmgr.exe). I am calling this application from
within mine during an Acquire Image process and would like to set the
file name and prevent user from changing it. I need to also capture
the folder/folder location to add to my database.
