why would outlook send multiple copies of emails

I recently switched over from Outlook Express to Outlook ('03) and now my
computer is sending 4 copies of every email I send to my partner's computer
(Outlook '07) He doesn't receive multiple copies from any other source but my
computer. Any ideas about what might be causing this?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
