Why Won't WinXP Pro Scheduled Backup Run

I have scheduled a backup under WinXP Pro SP2 to run at 1:00 a.m. daily. It
is also set to overwrite the previous backup without prompting for operator
input. However, it never runs. Why is that? And what must I do to get it
to run successfully every night?

Are you logging on as administrator and using a password? Scheduled
tasks will not run unless you do. If you wish to change that go here:

Scroll on down to "Task Scheduler"

Thanks Carey! I really appreciate your feedback. It seems strange that
when I key in the very same schedule entries while keying in a backup, that
users still have to go to the Schedule Tasks dialogue to get Backup to work
right. Seems like once ought to be enough.
