Why won't the Works 6.0 Converter work?

I downloaded the Works 6.0 Converter and installed it, but when I open up
Word 2003 and look in the Files of type list, Works 6.0 is not there... why
is that?
 
Did you reboot after installing the converter? What folder did
you install the converter in?
 
Hi Byron,

In Tools=>Options=>General turn on the
[x] Confirm Conversions at Open setting then
use File=>Open to try to open a Works word processing file.
Does the Works document choice then show up in the popup list?
