Why won't autocompletion work?

The auto complete names box is checked but when I write new email messages
the autocompletion does not work when I fill in the addresses in Outlook
2002. Any ideas why?

be happy to send to you. I think it will explain a bit more about
autocompletion and why it sometimes doesn't work. More importantly, it will
explain how to fix this situation.
