I had a complete system crash. vista upgrade disk could not repair problem.
Suggested a "clean" install with the aside that I would lose all information
and programs. Feelin that I had no choice I went ahead with the "clean"
install. Online registration will not accept my registration. I contacted
support at the Australian site. After several emails from the technician, I
still do not have a valid registration and Windows reminds me of that fact
every time I turn on. I am down to 22 days and counting and still no
assistance. Will I have to buy a new copy of Vista to get satisfaction?
