Why, when I click on links in Outlook, does nothing happen?

Folder Options -> File Types
What is listed for the handler for the open action of the following file
types?
(NONE) URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol
(NONE) URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol with privacy

Do you have FireFox installed?
 
I do have Firefox Installed.
