the "All", "Hidden text", and "Field codes" boxes | Print tab | uncheck
the "Hidden text" and "Field codes" boxes | OK.

In Word 2007, click on Office Button | Word Options | Display | uncheck
the "Show all formatting marks", "Hidden text", and "Print hidden text"
boxes | Advanced | uncheck the "Show field codes instead of their
values" and "Print field codes instead of their values" boxes | OK.

certain that what garfield wrote is the correct answer to the asker's
question. If rangana believes that what garfield wrote is incorrect,
then rangana should post a reply to the asker with a better suggestion,
instead of posting such a pointless and incoherent reply to garfield's
suggestion.
