Why the date/time of received mail in MS Outlook is different fro.

dates/times of mails downloaded from the ISP server lag behind the system
date/time for more than 10 hours.

Have checked the system date/time which is correct. Also checked the mails
on ISP's web, and dates/times of the mails are consistent with the system's.
 
Received date/times are always computed in Outlook based on the internet
header. Since you mention the date/time is right, how about the time zone?
