why scrolling on a form is too fast

Hi,
I m new to CSharp.. so may be my preliminary questions look stupid..
but plz help me..

I want to drag controls like buttons or some other user controls over form..
i have set form's autoscroll = true to handle scrolling automatically. but
when i drag the components of form, scrolling occurs extra ordinary too
fast..

so plz help me to control scrolling as in visual studion designer.. as we
drag componet across form boundary only limited scrolling occures..

Hi,
I m sending again the previous request of controlling the scrolling of
form components over form..

if there is some other way to handle scrolling of Form then plz help to
handle the situations..
