First thing you have to learn is accounting. If you've never taken
accounting classes that shouldn't take more than 2 years.

(You can't tell a computer how to do something you don't know how to
do yourself.)

And, even if the books were free and you were only charging for
shipping (which is far from the case), it would be off-topic here.

I have a large list of abuse addresses, John. The address I have for
Google, in case I forget, is "don't bother". They won't, so I don't.

Al,
Believe it or not, I think Google may be coming around. They sent me
that website address in response to a complaint I sent them about their
attitude. Of course, it's difficult to verify that they're doing
anything, but I've noticed a few spammers seem to have melted away after
I used that link.

It's something (or may be). Not up to the standards of some other "we
thought they would never do anything*" sites, but it's (maybe) a
start.

*A friend of mine used to have a job at a well-known internet location
(that merged with Time-Warner, but I won't mention their name) that
consisted of nothing more than using her discretion to kill accounts
that violated the TOS. One complaint and, if the violation was
blatant enough, the "screen name" was an orphan.
