why option save as is unavailable in a read only presentation

I have a read only presentation and i want save as with another name, but
save as option is unavailable...

Read only = look but no touch.......... :)
Seriously, why do you think someone put a read-only option on the
presentation ?
To forbid editing or modifying.
Therefore, why would the creator of the project allow you to save it as
something else ?
Know the word " plagiarize " ?
