i have windows xp pro pack 2 running and its also a router for older pc's,
older pc is runinning a webserver, i can acces it internal but i want to
acces it external, some how i cant get to forward port 80 to the webserver on
my xp machine, please advice

You have to Run the server on the first computer and not behind ICS.
Otherwise get an External Router, and use real peer-to-peer topology.
