why netlogon not starting automatically?

i've a win2k server with more than 80 users in our
network, whenever i restart/start my server my netlogon
service is not starting automatically even though the
start type is automatic. what do i do to rectify this
problem. pl mail me back reg the same

Check event viewer.
If your Event viewer has error on Event IDs 2114 and 7024
