why my comma style icon....

why my comma style icon functioned as a dot,and the dot functioned as comma.
ex: 100.000,00(1 hundred thousand).i have no idea what the problem is,if any of u had face it,pls help me..tq
 
Check that the Regional Settings in Control Panel are set to you
country
