Both clients have different features (this will be more profound in Windows Messenger 5), and
really it's up to you which one you prefer. If you prefer the new shiny interface, like
features like custom emoticons, display pictures, etc. in MSN Messenger 6, then use that --
if you need to utilize Exchange Instant Messaging, SIP-based Communication Services, or
simply prefer the 'Classic' Messenger look, you can use Windows Messenger.
