Why MS Word crashes while inserting picture from Internet?

My MS Word crashes if I try to insert (Copy-Paste) a picture from Internet or
document with pictures. It was with MS Word XP and now with MS Word 2003.
I use Windows XP.
This problem is at my home PC only and not at my business PC!
What's the problem?
 
Possibly this issue: "Problems in Windows Explorer or the Windows shell
after you install security update MS06-015"
