Why isn't there a help similar to the Java API Specification

Why isn't there a help for the .net framework api as good
and easy to use as the "JavaTM 2 Platform, Standard
Edition, API Specification". I come from java and am happy
with .net but miss a help system as that of java where you
could navigate through the class hierarchy.
Or is there one that I do not know?
Can anyone help?
Thank you.

Thank you very much Peter. Actually I knew this page but I
find it not as clear and well structured as the Java API
Specification.

If you installed .NET Framework SDK, you should have ".NET Framework SDK
Documentation"
It's a shortcut automatically created for you at installation with target
(in my case at least):
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Help\dexplore.exe" /helpcol

I think it has a bit to do with which you started with. I used the .NET sdk
first and now find the Java API Spec to be difficult to read. The
information is there, just read it, your not going to find another
collection that through anywhere.
