Why isn't a table appearing when building relationships in Access

This is my first database I built. I changed the starting value in the
autonumber field and went in to test it and entered a couple fields. I am
now trying to build my relationships and that table doesn't appear - please
help..............thanks
 
If you right-click in the relationships window and select Show Table... you
can add a table or query. Alternatively, you can select Show Table... from
the Relationships menu.
