I don't see why not... the quote is possibly 15 years old and was about a
DOS compiler but it is still valid.

Hi Cor,

In 1990 I introduced an OOP-paradigm to developers using a procedural
language. I don't think anybody else was writing code that way at the time
(I meaning using the Clipper language of course) and it was "artistic" yet
extremely productive. The apps worked consistently and by producing
pseudo-objects reusability went way up.

Everything can be carried to an extreme but I think we can recognize
benefits when they appear.
